Who is Chronicler One?
Chronicler One is the author Jasper Flynn. Mr. Flynn was commissioned by the Intendment Institute after we saw his work as scribe for House Subconium. We appreciate his ability to capture our activities in a discrete manner. Jasper’s primary Purpose has been to author the Intendment Institute’s Operating Manual. Mr. Flynn will often reflect the Institute’s distinguished voice of testing authority, but on occasion has been encouraged to slip into colorful prose. We recognize this can be jarring for readers who don’t understand the Methods of the Intendment Institute. Everything is Intentional. You have always been a test subject.
